Order ReviewWe review your design and send you an email with the price and turnaround time for approval. ✅
PaymentOnce you approve the price and timeframe, we send an invoice for the order so you can pay on the website through PayPal.
ProcessingAfter payment is confirmed, we proceed to work our magic with the design and get it ready for delivery.
CompletedOnce the file is ready to stitch, we attach the files to your email so you can download them and start your project.

We ensure a quick turnaround for all projects handled by our Embroidery Digitizing Service. Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 days, subject to schedule availability. The exact time may vary based on the complexity of the design, but we strive to deliver your files promptly without compromising quality.

You can opt for “Rush Delivery” if you need your design completed on the same day, within 8 hours, for an additional $10 (optional).

Our Embroidery Digitizing Service provides all embroidery machine formats as the following: PES, DST, XXX, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS. If you require a different/additional format, please contact us with your order number for further assistance. We also include PDF Production Worksheet. We provide optionally .edr format compatible with Embird Software Color Charts.

It’s Simple! We now manually attach your digitized files directly to your email address, whether you place your order as a guest or with an account. You will no longer find these files in your account on the website. Just keep an eye on your inbox for the email, where your files will be attached and ready for download. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
