Every design comes with a PDF worksheet that lists the color order, stitch count and stops, so you can thread up and sew without guessing. Each design page shows every size with the hoop it needs, from 4x4 up to 9.5x14, and hat designs are marked Hat.

Your files are ready right after checkout: on the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email and in My Account > Files, where they stay. You can stitch our designs on items you sell, like shirts, hats and bags. The files themselves are licensed to you only.

Questions about our designs

Which file formats come with each design?

Every design includes DST, EXP, JEF, PES, VP3 and XXX, plus a PDF worksheet with the color order, stitch count and stops. PES works on Brother and Baby Lock, JEF on Janome, VP3 on Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff, XXX on Singer, EXP on Melco and Bernina, and DST on Tajima and most commercial machines. Need another format? Contact us with your order number.

Will a design fit my hoop?

Each design page lists every size and the hoop it needs, from 4x4 and 5x7 up to 9.5x14, and designs for caps are marked Hat. Use the Fits my hoop filter on this page to see only the designs that fit your hoop.

How do I get my files after I pay?

Right after checkout, in three places: the order confirmation page, the download link in your confirmation email, and My Account > Files, where they stay. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder.

Do you have free embroidery designs?

Yes. The Freebies section has free designs in the same formats as the paid ones. Add one to your cart, complete the free checkout and download it from My Account.

Can I sell items I stitch with these designs?

Yes. You may stitch the designs on items for yourself or to sell, like t-shirts and hats. The digital files are licensed to you only, so please do not sell, share or give away the files, even after editing them. The details are in our Terms of Service, section 2.

Can you digitize my own logo or artwork?

Yes. Send your artwork for a free quote and pay only if you accept the price. Files are ready in 1-2 business days, or in 8 hours with Rush.
