• Order Information: When you place an order, we collect details about the products you purchase (designs, services, or courses) and your billing information.

B. Payment Information:
Your payment security is a top priority. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

• Credit Card Payments (via PayU Latam): When you pay by credit card, your payment details are processed directly by our secure payment partner, PayU Latam. They use industry-leading tokenization, which means your sensitive card data is sent directly to their secure vault, and we only receive a secure, non-usable “token” to confirm the payment.
• PayPal, Crypto & Other Methods: If you choose to pay via PayPal, crypto (through NOWPayments) or other external gateways (like PSE), you will be redirected to their website to complete the payment. Your financial data is handled directly by them according to their own privacy policies.

C. Information We Collect Automatically:
As you navigate our site, we automatically collect certain technical data to ensure security, prevent fraud, and facilitate your order. This includes:

• Device and Connection Information: Your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device type.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, such as the pages you visit and the links you click. This data is required by our payment processors for fraud analysis.

D. Your Location, Only If You Ask for It:
At checkout you can press “Use my location” to fill in the postal code of your card’s billing address. Only then does your browser ask for your permission. If you allow it, your browser sends your approximate location to BigDataCloud, which returns the postal code. We do not store your location, and you choose whether to use the suggested code.

• To Provide Customer Support: To respond to your questions and resolve any issues.

• For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect our website, our business, and our customers from fraudulent activity.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the following trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business:

• Payment Processors: PayU Latam, PayPal and NOWPayments (crypto), to securely process your payments.
• Location Lookup: BigDataCloud Pty Ltd (Australia), only when you press “Use my location” at checkout. Your browser sends it your approximate location and your IP address, and it returns a postal code. BigDataCloud may use that information to improve its own location data, as its privacy policy explains.
• Meta Platforms and Google: For measuring and showing our ads, as described in section 6. We do not sell your personal information.
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES): To deliver our emails.
• Website Hosting & Platform Providers: To host and maintain our website.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Our payment and hosting providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

We implement robust technical and administrative security measures to protect your data. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect information in transit, and we rely on our payment partners’ advanced security for financial data.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes.

Essential. They keep your cart, your login and your checkout working. The site does not work without them.

Measurement. We want to know which pages, emails and ads bring visitors and orders, so we can improve the store. For this we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit), Jetpack Stats, WooCommerce’s own order attribution and a first-party cookie that remembers how you first arrived (for example, the name of an ad campaign or a newsletter link). We also use Smartlook to see how visitors move through some pages, so we can fix what is confusing. Smartlook is not used on the checkout, payment, order confirmation, account, contact or product pages.

Advertising. We use the Meta pixel and Meta’s Conversions API, and Google Ads conversion tracking. They tell Meta and Google when a visit or a purchase came from one of our ads, and they let us show our ads to people who visited our store or bought from us before. When you place an order, we may send Meta and Google your email address, name and country in hashed form (turned into a code that cannot be read back), together with the order value and the design IDs. Meta and Google use this only to match the purchase to an ad and to measure our campaigns.

Newsletter. When you create an account or place an order, including a free design, we add you to our newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices.

• If you visit us from Europe, we ask before any advertising cookie is set, and you can say no.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” to advertising cookies.
• You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. You can also control ads in your Facebook and Google ad settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
• To ask us not to use your data for advertising, email info@abdigitizing.com.
