Unlike simple image format conversions, logo digitization meticulously translates graphical shapes into detailed embroidery stitches. Embroidery digitizing diverges significantly from screen printing, which emphasizes graphics; instead, it focuses on precise stitching. This service utilizes specialized embroidery machines, dedicated software, and skilled digitizers to faithfully reproduce custom logos on apparel with precision and clarity.

We ensure a quick turnaround for all projects handled by our Embroidery Digitizing Service. Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 days, subject to schedule availability. The exact time may vary based on the complexity of the design, but we strive to deliver your files promptly without compromising quality. You can opt for “Rush delivery” if you need a design completed within the same day, in 8 hours, for an additional $10 (optional).
Our Embroidery Digitizing Service provides the following formats: PES, DST, XXX, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS. If you require a different format, please contact us with your order number for further assistance. We include PDF Production Worksheet. We provide optionally .edr format compatible with Embird Software Color Charts.
It’s simple! You can access your digitized files in the “Attachments” section of the “My Account” page. If you placed orders as a guest, you would find the files attached in the “order completed” email. These orders will link to your account once you create it using the same email.
Download files as “Guest” customer.
Submitting a request as a guest customer means you didn’t use an existing account or create one. In this situation, the download files will only be available through the “Order Completed” email. (It goes to SPAM emails sometimes)

Orders placed using your account or created at checkout will give you access to the files on your account page under the “Attachments” tab, as well as in the “Order Completed” email.
Not that if you’ve completed orders previously without creating or using an account, you can link previous orders by creating an account with the same email you used as a guest.
