Our designs are manually digitalized and thorough test stitching prior to release. To achieve optimal results, we recommend stitching our designs unaltered on projects hooped with stabilizer suitable for the chosen material. Please be advised that modifications made in software, or the application of non-traditional hooping methods may yield unpredictable outcomes. We strongly recommend conducting a test stitch on an altered design before applying it to a valuable blank.
It is important to understand your machine’s hoop capabilities. Please note that “in the hoop” and “applique” designs are incompatible with repositionable/multi-positional hoops. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds as per our policies.
