This isn’t like screen printing, which focuses on graphics; embroidery digitizing is all about getting the stitches just right. We use specialized machines, software, and skilled people to make sure your custom logos look sharp and clear on clothes.

Process is very simple; you just need to fill the form with the completed info about the design. Here’s a quick video below for requesting digitizing service for one or multiple designs!

Note: For multiple designs, fill out the quote form for each design separately. Click “Add Quote to Cart” after each submission to ensure separate requests at checkout.

Timely delivery matters to us. Our efficient processes ensure you receive your digitizing service quickly without compromising quality! This is the process workflow:

Our Embroidery Digitizing Service offers a fast and reliable turnaround. Most standard projects are completed within 1 to 2 days, depending on our current schedule. The exact time may vary based on design complexity, but we’re committed to delivering high-quality files as quickly as possible.

For urgent needs, we offer an optional Rush Delivery service. For an additional $10, your design will be digitized and delivered on the same day, within 8 hours.

Our Embroidery Digitizing Service provides all embroidery machine formats as the following: PES, DST, XXX, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS. If you require a different/additional format, please contact us with your order number for further assistance. We also include PDF Production Worksheet. We provide optionally .edr format compatible with Embird Software Color Charts.

It’s Simple! We now manually attach your digitized files directly to your email address, whether you place your order as a guest or with an account. You will no longer find these files in your account on the website. Just keep an eye on your inbox for the email, where your files will be attached and ready for download. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

We prioritize your satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions on all digitization projects until you are completely satisfied with the final design from our Embroidery Digitizing Service.

Add a “Sample Stitch w/Photo” to your quote! We’ll digitize your design, stitch a sample on our embroidery machine, and send you a photo of the result. Choose “Hat” (+$12) for a sample on a hat or “Flat” (+$5) for a sample on flat fabric, so you can preview how your design will look when stitched.
