Will it fit my hoop?
The smallest size is 6.9 x 2.14 in (175.2 x 54.4 mm) and fits a 5x7 hoop; the largest is 9.85 x 3.06 in (250.2 x 77.6 mm) and needs a 6x10 hoop. Design details lists every hoop each size fits.

Can I sell what I stitch?
Yes. You may stitch this design on items for yourself or to sell, like t-shirts and hats. The digital file is licensed to you only: please do not sell, share or give away the file, even after editing it. The details are in our Terms of Service, section 2.
What if the file does not stitch right?
Contact us with your order number, and a photo if you can. We will work with you until the file stitches right, as many times as it takes.
Designs are digital files, so there are no refunds once they are delivered (Terms of Service, section 5.1). Please check that your machine reads one of the formats above before you buy.
