Will it fit my hoop?
The smallest size is 7.83 x 8.33 in (199 x 211.6 mm) and fits a 10x10 hoop; the largest is 7.83 x 11.8 in (199 x 299.8 mm) and needs an 8x12 hoop. Design details lists every hoop each size fits. The bonus Grinch Face file is 2.99 x 3.78 in (76 x 96 mm) and fits a 4x4 hoop.

How do I get my files after paying?
Right after payment, in three places: the order confirmation page, the download link in your confirmation email, and My Account > Files, where they stay. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
Can I sell what I stitch?
Yes. You may stitch this design on items for yourself or to sell, like t-shirts and hats. The digital file is licensed to you only: please do not sell, share or give away the file, even after editing it. The details are in our Terms of Service, section 2.
What if the file does not stitch right?
Contact us with your order number, and a photo if you can. We will work with you until the file stitches right, as many times as it takes.
Designs are digital files, so there are no refunds once they are delivered (Terms of Service, section 5.1). Please check that your machine reads one of the formats above before you buy.

I just stitched out the Grinch Hand & Faces design and I LOVE it!!! It’s beautiful! There are lovely details in the design that makes the embroidery pop – such as the hand, the stitching in this design makes it look like a furry hand and the cuff’s stitches looks like textured curls. It’s an easy stitch-out, happy that it’s applique and I love that you can adjust to add/subtract little faces to customize for each individual family.
