Can I pick the same design twice?
No, each pick is a different design. You can stitch every design as many times as you like, so one copy is all you need.
Which machine formats are in the download?
PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3 and XXX, in one ZIP file per design you pick, each with a PDF worksheet that lists the color order. Unzip (extract) them on your computer to reach each format.
Need a different format? Contact us with your order number.
Will they fit my hoop?
It depends on the word. Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Football, Cheer and Swimming (female) have a size for a 5x7 hoop. Soccer, Track, Hockey and Swimming (male) start at 8x8, and Volleyball starts at 6x10. Each design above shows its smallest hoop.

Which pack size should I choose?
How do I get my files after paying?
Right after payment, in three places: the order confirmation page, the download link in your confirmation email, and My Account > Files, where they stay and you can download them again anytime. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
Can I sell what I stitch?
Yes. These are our original designs: you may stitch them on items for yourself or to sell, unlimited stitched items. The digital files are licensed to you only: please do not sell, share or give away the files, even after editing them. The details are in our Terms of Service, section 2.
What if a file does not stitch right?
Contact us with your order number, and a photo if you can. We will work with you until the file stitches right, as many times as it takes.
Designs are digital files, so there are no refunds once they are delivered (Terms of Service, section 5.1). Please check that your machine reads one of the formats above before you buy.
Can you digitize my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Send your artwork for a free quote and pay only if you accept the price. Files are ready in 1-2 business days, or within 8 hours after payment with Rush, subject to availability. Revisions are unlimited. See the digitizing service.
